The manager was friendly. The room was clean. Everything in my room was fine.
The decorating was horrible, but I do have to say it was clean.
The young lady who worked the day shift was great.
But the rest of our stay was terrible. No working ice machines, No clean blankets, Un-restful due to noise up stairs. We made complaints and nothing was done by night shift worker. He did not seem to know his job or how to so it. My mother has cancer and needed another cover and there was no clean covers. It was not a good stay.
This was a big positive surprise! We were on couple days last minute escape during 4th of July weekend and picked up this hotel for one night becuse of convenience and rate. We were impressed with qulity of everything in the hotel: very clean, well designed - pleasent to the eye, smelled like brand new, professional desk service, pets allowed and total with dog fee was at $50!!!, great bathroom and towels, spacious room with double beds, nice breakfast room, good safety with special access doors to upper floor, quiet, no planes or traffic noise really heard in the room, exceptionally reach choice of tv stations etc.
We liked everything!
It was clean and a convient location for the price. It was exactly what I was looking for.
The decor was a little outdated and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.
Location, Continental Breakfast, Price was good.
Cleanliness was not good. Sheets and chairs were stained, washcloths had hair in the fabric when "clean", breakfast area also not clean. Bagel cutter possibly never cleaned. Hotel was also in overall shabby condition. Wallpaper was peeling around tub in bathroom. Also the design of the hotel was a little un-intuitive; there was not an area to park near the lobby, so to check in you had to park in the lot wherever space was available, then haul your luggage in.
The staff here was fabulous! Freindly, efficient and professional but with a 'big family' feeling. Very comfortable. They had a nice breakfast for us each day and we were offered a lot of coupons to nearby restaurants. Shannon was especially helpful when I originally made my reservation. Great personality that one! :) The room was perfect witht he fridge and micro we had. My man and I had a wonderful itme. I recommend this hotel.
I was greated by a very friendly, accomodating representative. Her name was Amber. She and the rest of the staff always smiled and said hello.
The only issue I can think of is, smoking was permitted on my floor. When it came up in conversation with the front desk person he asked where it came from and was going to get right on it making sure it didn't happen again. Also the washer was out of order which would of been a convenient commoditie but I made out ok.
We had a problem with our booking - motel's computer said single room, we needed double - employee fixed it immediately. Also had problem with the tv and they moved us immediately. Great customer service.
Good, smiling staff.
The hotel took cash payment for the booking as well as charged my credit card. They are yet to refund the credit card amount though they had re-assured me that they will do it. I do not know whether I should lodge a conplaibnt with you or with the Hotel. I have the cash payment receipt with me as well as message from my bank that they have charged my account. I would appreciate an action against the above.
The hotel was located near the freeway as well as close by to many stores.
We got what we paid for....worked out perfect for our stay.
It was clean , the room had a coffee pot , shower was very good, breakfast was sufficient , access was great
location and price
asked in reservation for fridge, asked monday said tuesday asked tuesday told wensday, asked wensday told thursday. Cant believe,by looking in parking lot they werent that busy. Will stay down the street at motel 6 for less and no fridge atleast I can take money saved and buy lunch. Ruined the good deal on room when said could rent fridge and they lied.
It was clean and the rooms weren't too out of date. It smelled excellent in the lobby!
The only unexpected event in the stay was an extremely rude hotel concierge. Otherwise it was as to be expected for a 50 dollar hotel room.
The best thing was the helpfulness of Keith directing me in at 1:30 a.m. from 196 when I got lost trying to find your hotel. He was very patient with me in my weary state.
The continental breakfast was pretty limited, but some hotels probably don't even have that, so I really shouldn't complain. Some fresh fruit would have been nice.
You get quite a bit for this money.
Location is not nearby anything of interest, but nearby main roads though.
